### sec.20 Notice given by principal registrar for particular proceedings
Subrule (2) applies if a proceeding is started for an application or referral made under any of the following—
the Adoption Act 2009 ;
the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 , section 155 (4) , 164A (3) (a) , 166 (1) or 167 (4) (b) or (5) ;
the Child Protection Act 1999 ;
the Education and Care Services Act 2013 ;
the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland);
the Public Guardian Act 2014 , section 133 ;
the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 ;
the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 .
The principal registrar must, within the period stated in rule 19 , give a copy of the application or referral to each relevant entity.
Under section 37 (3) (a) of the Act , the applicant is not required to give a copy of the application or referral to a person if the principal registrar has given the copy to the person.
In this rule—
relevant entity , for an application or referral, means each entity to whom a copy of the application or referral must be given under section 37 of the Act .

(sec.20-ssec.1) Subrule (2) applies if a proceeding is started for an application or referral made under any of the following— the Adoption Act 2009 ; the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 , section 155 (4) , 164A (3) (a) , 166 (1) or 167 (4) (b) or (5) ; the Child Protection Act 1999 ; the Education and Care Services Act 2013 ; the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland); the Public Guardian Act 2014 , section 133 ; the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 ; the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 .
(sec.20-ssec.2) The principal registrar must, within the period stated in rule 19 , give a copy of the application or referral to each relevant entity. Under section 37 (3) (a) of the Act , the applicant is not required to give a copy of the application or referral to a person if the principal registrar has given the copy to the person.

- (a) the Adoption Act 2009 ;
