### sec.17 Request for review of principal registrar’s decision This rule applies if— under section 35 (2) of the Act , the principal registrar— rejects an application or referral; or accepts an application or referral on conditions; and under section 35 (4) of the Act , the applicant proposes to request the principal registrar to refer the decision to the tribunal for review. The request must be made within 14 days after the applicant is given notice of the ability to make the request under section 35 (4) (a) of the Act . (sec.17-ssec.1) This rule applies if— under section 35 (2) of the Act , the principal registrar— rejects an application or referral; or accepts an application or referral on conditions; and under section 35 (4) of the Act , the applicant proposes to request the principal registrar to refer the decision to the tribunal for review.
