### sec.117 Copy of application to be given to all concerned This rule applies if— the chief executive under the Property Occupations Act 2014 applies to the tribunal to conduct a public examination under section 182 of that Act; or the Queensland Building and Construction Commission applies to the tribunal to conduct a public examination under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 . For section 37 (2) (b) of the Act , notice of the proceeding for the public examination must be given to each person proposed to be the subject of the public examination.
