### sec.113 Other additional requirements for application to register a registrable order
An application under the Guardianship and Administration Act 2000 , chapter 7 , part 9 to the tribunal to register an order about an adult made in another jurisdiction must include the following information—
a description of the adult’s impaired capacity;
the name of the jurisdiction in which, and recognised provision under which, the order was made;
the name, address and telephone number of the adult’s current guardian or administrator;
the adult’s address in Queensland and whether the adult will be residing in Queensland on a permanent basis;
if urgent action is required—an explanation of the urgency.
- (a) a description of the adult’s impaired capacity;

- (d) the adult’s address in Queensland and whether the adult will be residing in Queensland on a permanent basis;
