### sec.11 Joint applications or referrals
Two or more individuals or other entities may make a joint application to the tribunal to deal with a matter arising out of the same or similar facts or circumstances.
A joint referral of a matter arising out of the same or similar facts or circumstances may be made to the tribunal for 2 or more individuals or other entities.
If the Act , an enabling Act or these rules require an application or referral to state the name or contact details of an applicant or an applicant’s representative (the relevant details ), a joint application or joint referral must contain the relevant details for each applicant.
A joint application or joint referral must state the applicant to whom a document is to be given under the Act , an enabling Act or these rules, and a statement of address for service for only that applicant is required for the application or referral.
A joint application or joint referral must state the name of the applicant who is to appear in the proceeding for the applicants.

A joint application or joint referral must be signed by each applicant.
