### sec.14 Application of part This part does not apply to reviews of reviewable decisions under the following Acts— the Adoption Act 2009 ; the Child Protection Act 1999 ; the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 . Section 97 (4) of the Act provides that if no fees and allowances are prescribed under a regulation in relation to a proceeding, a person required to attend or produce a document or thing to the tribunal is entitled to be paid the fees and allowances decided by the tribunal. - (a) the Adoption Act 2009 ; - (b) the Child Protection Act 1999 ; - (c) the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 .
