### sec.13 Refund of fees paid
This section applies if—
the principal registrar waives payment of a fee under section 12 (3) ; and
a person has paid the fee.
The principal registrar must refund the fee to the person.
(sec.13-ssec.1) This section applies if— the principal registrar waives payment of a fee under section 12 (3) ; and a person has paid the fee.
(sec.13-ssec.2) The principal registrar must refund the fee to the person.
- (a) the principal registrar waives payment of a fee under section 12 (3) ; and
- (b) a person has paid the fee.
