### sec.80 Continuation of particular contractors’ and nominee supervisors’ licences mentioned in former provisions This section applies in relation to a contractor’s licence or nominee supervisor’s licence of a class (each the continuing licence class ) mentioned in a former provision of schedule 2 of this regulation and stated in schedule 7A, part 3, column 1. The licence may continue to be held and renewed by a person who held the licence immediately before the commencement. While the person holds the licence, each former provision of this regulation stated opposite the continuing licence class in schedule 7A, part 3, column 2 continues to apply in relation to the licence.
