### sec.70 Definitions for subdivision In this subdivision— engineering degree means a bachelor degree in engineering recognised under the Australian Qualification Framework or an equivalent authority in another jurisdiction. plumbing and drainage licence means a licence of a class mentioned in schedule 2, part 18. relevant apprenticeship , for a licence, means an apprenticeship in work that is within the scope of work for the licence. safety compliant work means work that complies with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 . s 70 ins 2019 SL No. 213 s 13 sub 2020 SL No. 86 s 3
