### sec.52 Partnerships— Act , s 56 For section 56 (1) (c) of the Act , an advertisement must, in addition to stating the name under which the licensed contractor is licensed, state— that the contractor is licensed under the Act ; and the contractor’s licence number. The information mentioned in subsection (1) must— if written—be able to be easily read; or if spoken—be no less audible and clear than other spoken material contained in the advertisement.
