### sec.5 Work that is not building work— Act , sch 2 , definition building work
For schedule 2 of the Act , definition building work , work stated in schedule 1 is not building work.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that subsection (1) does not stop applying to work stated in schedule 1 merely because the work is carried out in combination with other work stated in schedule 1 .
(sec.5-ssec.1) For schedule 2 of the Act , definition building work , work stated in schedule 1 is not building work.
