### sch.6-sec.69 Notice of approval of claim
If the commission decides to allow or disallow a claim under the statutory insurance scheme, the commission must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, give written notice of the decision to—
the person making the claim; and
the licensed contractor who carried out the residential construction work the subject of the claim.
The notice given to the person making the claim must also include the reasons for the decision.
(sch.6-sec.69-ssec.1) If the commission decides to allow or disallow a claim under the statutory insurance scheme, the commission must, as soon as practicable after making the decision, give written notice of the decision to— the person making the claim; and the licensed contractor who carried out the residential construction work the subject of the claim.
