### sch.6-sec.49 Application of division This division applies to a consumer for residential construction work if the consumer is entitled to claim the reasonable cost of— completing the residential construction work as mentioned in section 7 (1) ; or reinstatement work; or rectification work. - (a) completing the residential construction work as mentioned in section 7 (1) ; or - (b) reinstatement work; or - (c) rectification work.
