### sch.3A-sec.2-oc.3 Scope of work
Constructing, installing, replacing, repairing, altering, maintaining, testing or commissioning air-conditioning, air handling systems and refrigeration for a building.
Installation of fire collars that is incidental to work mentioned in subsection (1) .
However, if a licence of this class is subject to a condition imposed by the commission under section 35 (1) of the Act that restricts the scope of work for the licence, the scope of work mentioned in subsection (1) or (2) is restricted in accordance with the condition.
