### sch.2-sec.2-oc.7 Scope of work Install, refurbish, restore and repair a kitchen, bathroom or laundry on-site in— a class 1 or class 10 building; or classes 2 to 9 buildings if the gross floor area of the kitchen, bathroom or laundry is not more than 50m 2 . Prepare plans and specifications that are— for the licensee’s personal use; or for use in building work to be performed by the licensee personally.
