### sch.2-sec.2-oc.49 Scope of work
Constructing, installing, replacing, repairing, altering, maintaining, testing or commissioning a mechanical heating or cooling system in a building that is associated with the heating and cooling of that building.
Installation of fire collars that is incidental to work mentioned in subsection (1) .
However, the scope of work mentioned in subsections (1) and (2) does not include work associated with a substance if, under the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Act 1989 (Cwlth) , a licence is required to—
manufacture, import or export the substance; or
manufacture or import equipment containing the substance or using the substance in its operation.
Incidental work of another class.
Despite subsections (1) , (2) and (4) , if a licence of this class is subject to a condition imposed by the commission under section 35 (1) of the Act that restricts the scope of work for the licence, the scope of work mentioned in subsection (1) , (2) or (3) is restricted in accordance with the condition.
