### sec.25 Continuation of maximum revenue under expired MFR policy
This section applies to a licensee if, immediately before the commencement, an amount of maximum revenue applied to the licensee under the expired MFR policy.
On the commencement, the amount mentioned in subsection (1) is taken to be the licensee’s maximum revenue under this regulation until the day the commission first gives the licensee a notice under section 17O.
