### sec.22 Application of pt 4 to existing licensees This section applies to a person who was a licensee immediately before the commencement. Part 4 does not apply to the licensee until the first annual reporting day to occur after the commencement as stated in the notice given to the person under section 21. The continued MFR policy, part 2 continues to apply to the person until the day mentioned in subsection (2). (sec.22-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who was a licensee immediately before the commencement.
