### sec.17Q Commission may audit financial information and MFR reports and recover costs
This section applies if the commission reasonably believes financial information or an MFR report given to the commission contains false or misleading information.
The commission may ask an accountant who is a registered company auditor under the Corporations Act to audit the financial information or MFR report.
The commission may recover the reasonable costs of the audit from the licensee as a debt.

(sec.17Q-ssec.1) This section applies if the commission reasonably believes financial information or an MFR report given to the commission contains false or misleading information.
