### sec.17I Working out current ratio for trustees, partnerships or group companies
For working out the current ratio of a licensee, in addition to the current assets and current liabilities of the licensee, the following must be included—
if the licensee is a trustee of a trust—the current assets and current liabilities of the trust;
if the licensee carries on business in partnership—the current assets and current liabilities of the partnership;
if the licensee is a group company—the current assets and current liabilities of the corporate group for the group company.
Section 17H applies for working out the current assets and current liabilities of a trust, partnership or group company under this section, as if a reference in that section to the licensee were a reference to the trust, partnership or group company.

(sec.17I-ssec.1) For working out the current ratio of a licensee, in addition to the current assets and current liabilities of the licensee, the following must be included— if the licensee is a trustee of a trust—the current assets and current liabilities of the trust; if the licensee carries on business in partnership—the current assets and current liabilities of the partnership; if the licensee is a group company—the current assets and current liabilities of the corporate group for the group company.
(sec.17I-ssec.2) Section 17H applies for working out the current assets and current liabilities of a trust, partnership or group company under this section, as if a reference in that section to the licensee were a reference to the trust, partnership or group company.
- (a) if the licensee is a trustee of a trust—the current assets and current liabilities of the trust;
- (b) if the licensee carries on business in partnership—the current assets and current liabilities of the partnership;
- (c) if the licensee is a group company—the current assets and current liabilities of the corporate group for the group company.
