### sec.11N Commission may reduce maximum revenue
This section applies if the commission becomes aware the amount of net tangible assets of a licensee has reduced in a way that will reduce the licensee’s calculated maximum revenue.
The commission may reduce the licensee’s maximum revenue to the amount of the calculated maximum revenue worked out based on the licensee’s reduced net tangible assets.

(sec.11N-ssec.1) This section applies if the commission becomes aware the amount of net tangible assets of a licensee has reduced in a way that will reduce the licensee’s calculated maximum revenue.
(sec.11N-ssec.2) The commission may reduce the licensee’s maximum revenue to the amount of the calculated maximum revenue worked out based on the licensee’s reduced net tangible assets.
