### sec.11J What is a licensee’s maximum revenue
A licensee’s maximum revenue for a reporting year is—
the amount worked out under section 11K for the licensee (the calculated maximum revenue ); or
an amount, nominated by the licensee, that is less than the licensee’s calculated maximum revenue.
However, if the licensee’s maximum revenue is changed under section 11M or reduced under section 11N , the licensee’s maximum revenue for the reporting year is the amount as changed or reduced, and notified to the licensee under section 17O .

(sec.11J-ssec.1) A licensee’s maximum revenue for a reporting year is— the amount worked out under section 11K for the licensee (the calculated maximum revenue ); or an amount, nominated by the licensee, that is less than the licensee’s calculated maximum revenue.
(sec.11J-ssec.2) However, if the licensee’s maximum revenue is changed under section 11M or reduced under section 11N , the licensee’s maximum revenue for the reporting year is the amount as changed or reduced, and notified to the licensee under section 17O .
- (a) the amount worked out under section 11K for the licensee (the calculated maximum revenue ); or
- (b) an amount, nominated by the licensee, that is less than the licensee’s calculated maximum revenue.
