### sec.9 Ministerial direction
The Minister may give the commission a written direction in relation to the commission and its functions.
The commission must comply with the direction.
The Minister must cause a copy of the direction to be tabled in the Legislative Assembly within 7 sitting days after it is given.
The commission’s annual report under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 , section 63 for the year in which the direction is given must include a copy of the direction.
