### sec.74AZA Suppliers, installers and particular architects and engineers This section applies if a responsible person to whom a recall order applies— produces a copy of the recall order to any of the following persons— a supplier or installer of a building product the subject of the order; an architect or engineer who, in designing a building, specifies that a building product the subject of the order be associated with the building; and asks the supplier, installer, architect or engineer for help in relation to the recall order.
