### sec.74AW Minister may make recall order The Minister may make an order (a recall order ) that— is directed to a responsible person for the building product; and requires a stated building product be recalled from use. The Minister may make a recall order for a building product whether or not— the responsible person, or another responsible person, has already undertaken a recall of the building product; or the building product has been associated with a building. See section 74AH for duties relating to the recall order.
