### sec.74AT Withdrawal or variation of building product undertaking A person who has made a building product undertaking may at any time, with the written agreement of the commission— withdraw the undertaking; or vary the undertaking. However, the provisions of the undertaking can not be varied to provide for a matter relating to a different contravention or alleged contravention of this part.
