### sec.74AJ Failing to comply with duty A person commits an offence if— the person has a duty under subdivision 2 ; and the person fails to comply with the duty. Maximum penalty—1,000 penalty units. s 74AJ ins 2017 No. 29 s 11 - (a) the person has a duty under subdivision 2 ; and - (b) the person fails to comply with the duty.
