### sec.74A Commission may investigate grounds for taking disciplinary action The commission may investigate whether proper grounds exist for taking disciplinary action against a person under this part. An investigator may exercise powers under part 9 for an investigation under this part. Also, for an investigation under this part, the commission may use information obtained under this Act from any entity, including, for example— a department or agency of the Commonwealth or a State; and participants in the building industry and its consumers. s 74A ins 2014 No. 57 s 38 amd 2017 No. 29 s 12 ; 2018 No. 17 s 192J (sec.74A-ssec.1) The commission may investigate whether proper grounds exist for taking disciplinary action against a person under this part.
