### sec.71D Multiple contracts for the same residential construction work
This section applies if a licensed contractor and a consumer enter into 2 or more separate contracts that—
could be the subject of a single contract to carry out residential construction work; and
if they were the subject of a single contract, would be a contract to carry out residential construction work.
For this part, the separate contracts are taken to be a single contract for which the contract price is the sum of the contract prices for the separate contracts.
A licensed contractor that manufactures and installs kitchens enters into one contract with a building owner for the manufacture of a kitchen and a second contract for its installation.
