### sec.68A Licensed contractor pays insurance premium on behalf of consumer
A licensed contractor who pays an insurance premium under this division pays the premium on behalf of a consumer.
A construction manager who pays an insurance premium under this division pays the premium on behalf of the principal who engages the manager.
The licensed contractor and construction manager are not entitled to assistance under the statutory insurance scheme because the contractor or manager pays the insurance premium under this division.

(sec.68A-ssec.1) A licensed contractor who pays an insurance premium under this division pays the premium on behalf of a consumer.
