### sec.67AE Exclusion from licence The commission must not grant a person a licence if the person is— a banned individual; or a company for which a banned individual is a director, secretary, influential person or nominee. s 67AE ins 2003 No. 1 s 33 amd 2013 No. 38 s 14 sch 1 - (a) a banned individual; or - (b) a company for which a banned individual is a director, secretary, influential person or nominee.
