### sec.64 Procedure if commission considers individual a convicted company officer This section applies if the commission considers that an individual is a convicted company officer. The commission must give the individual a written notice stating— details of the conviction the commission considers makes the individual a convicted company officer; and the effect of the individual being a convicted company officer; and an invitation to the individual to make written submissions, within a stated period, to satisfy the commission that the individual is not a convicted company officer. The stated period must be at least 28 days after the written notice is given to the individual.
