### sec.6 Constitution
The commission consists of—
the Queensland Building and Construction Board; and
the commissioner and the organisational unit under the control of the commissioner; and
the Service Trades Council.
The Service Trades Council is continued in existence under the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 , section 105 .

- (a) the Queensland Building and Construction Board; and
