### sec.56AI Publication of relevant details about excluded individuals who are not licensees
The commission may publish the relevant details for an individual if—
the individual is not a licensee; and
the commission has decided under section 56AK to publish the details; and
all periods for applying for a review of the decision, or appealing against a decision made on review, have ended; and
any review or appeal mentioned in paragraph (c) is finally decided or is not proceeded with.
The relevant details for the individual are—
the individual’s full name and business address; and
if the individual is or has been known by another name—all other names the individual is or has been known by; and
that the individual is an excluded individual for a stated relevant event; and
the date the 3-year period mentioned in section 56AC (1) (b) or (2) (b) ends; and
any other particulars prescribed by regulation.
The individual’s relevant details may be published under subsection (1) on the commission’s website.
Despite subsection (1) —
if the individual’s business address is the same as the individual’s residential address, the only part of the address that may be published is the suburb or locality in which the individual’s business is located; and
no details may be published about the individual after the day that is 10 years from the day the details were first published under this section.
