### sec.53A Satisfying minimum financial requirements at renewal
The commission must not renew a contractor’s licence if the commission is not given the information required under the minimum financial requirements, within the time allowed under those requirements, about the contractor’s continued satisfaction of the relevant minimum financial requirements.
