### sec.50CF Publication of relevant details
The commission may publish on the commission’s website the following details for an individual to whom an exclusion notice has been given—
the individual’s full name and business address;
if the individual is or has been known by another name—all other names the individual is or has been known by;
that an exclusion notice has been given to the person;
the period the exclusion notice has effect.
However—
if the individual’s business address is the same as the individual’s residential address, the business address must not be published; and
the commission must remove the individual’s details from the website as soon as practicable after the exclusion notice stops having effect.
