### sec.50A Approved audit program
The commissioner may approve a program (an approved audit program ) under which the commission may audit licensees for one of the following purposes—
to find out if they continue to satisfy the minimum financial requirements;
to find out if they have been complying with part 4A , part 5 or schedule 1B ;
to find out if they have been complying with the Building Act 1975 , chapter 8 .
An approved audit program must state the following—
the purpose of the program;
when the program starts;
the period over which the program is to be carried out;
objective criteria for selecting licensees who are to be the subject of audit;
if the licensees to be audited are to be selected from licensees holding licences of a particular class, a description of the class.
In this section—
licensee includes a pool safety inspector under the Building Act 1975 .
