### sec.50 Surrender of licence A licensee may, with the consent of the commission, surrender the licence. If a licence authorises the licensee to carry out more than 1 specified class of building work, subsection (1) applies to the licence as if there were a separate licence for each specified class. s 50 amd 2013 No. 38 s 14 sch 1 ; 2024 No. 14 s 68 (sec.50-ssec.1) A licensee may, with the consent of the commission, surrender the licence.
