### sec.37B Applications for renewal of licence A licensee may apply to the commission for the renewal of the licensee’s licence before the renewal day for the licence. The application must— be made in the way prescribed under a regulation; and be accompanied by the appropriate fee prescribed by regulation for the renewal; and if a notice under section 37A (2) (b) stated a photograph of the licensee was required—be accompanied by the photograph in the form required by the commission. If requested by the commission by written notice, the licensee must, within the reasonable time stated in the notice, give the commission the further information or evidence the commission requires to decide whether the applicant continues to be entitled to hold a licence. s 37B ins 2007 No. 47 s 11 amd 2013 No. 38 s 14 sch 1 ; 2014 No. 57 s 8 ; 2025 No. 28 s 22 (sec.37B-ssec.1) A licensee may apply to the commission for the renewal of the licensee’s licence before the renewal day for the licence.
