### sec.36A Vary or revoke conditions
The commission may, by notice given to a licensee, vary or revoke a condition imposed on the licensee’s licence under section 35 (1) or 36 .
A notice varying a condition of a licence must inform the licensee of the licensee’s right to apply for a review of the commission’s decision to vary the condition.
