### sec.30D Mechanical services occupational licence
A licence (a mechanical services occupational licence ) may be issued authorising an individual, while the individual is an officer or employee of a licensed contractor that is a company, to personally carry out and personally supervise mechanical services work carried out under the company’s licence.
A licence (also a mechanical services occupational licence ) may be issued authorising an individual, while the individual is an employee of a licensed contractor that is an individual, to personally carry out and personally supervise mechanical services work carried out under the contractor’s licence.
Mechanical services occupational licences are to be divided into classes by regulation—
according to whether the licence relates to all classes of mechanical services work or is limited to a specified class or specified classes of mechanical services work; and
if the licence is limited to a specified class, or specified classes, of mechanical services work—according to the class or classes of mechanical services work to which it relates.
A mechanical services occupational licence may be issued for any class of licence.

(sec.30D-ssec.2) A licence (also a mechanical services occupational licence ) may be issued authorising an individual, while the individual is an employee of a licensed contractor that is an individual, to personally carry out and personally supervise mechanical services work carried out under the contractor’s licence.
(sec.30D-ssec.3) Mechanical services occupational licences are to be divided into classes by regulation— according to whether the licence relates to all classes of mechanical services work or is limited to a specified class or specified classes of mechanical services work; and if the licence is limited to a specified class, or specified classes, of mechanical services work—according to the class or classes of mechanical services work to which it relates.
(sec.30D-ssec.4) A mechanical services occupational licence may be issued for any class of licence.
- (a) according to whether the licence relates to all classes of mechanical services work or is limited to a specified class or specified classes of mechanical services work; and
- (b) if the licence is limited to a specified class, or specified classes, of mechanical services work—according to the class or classes of mechanical services work to which it relates.
