### sec.29D Appointment of executive officer There is to be an executive officer of the employing office. The executive officer is to be appointed by the Governor in Council. The executive officer is appointed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 29D ins 2007 No. 20 s 54 amd 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.29D-ssec.1) There is to be an executive officer of the employing office.
