### sec.20E Disqualification as commissioner A person is disqualified from becoming, or continuing as, the commissioner if the person— has a recorded conviction, other than a spent conviction, for an indictable offence; or is an insolvent under administration; or is not able to manage a corporation because of the Corporations Act , part 2D .6; or is a member or a contractor of the commission. s 20E ins 2013 No. 38 s 5 - (a) has a recorded conviction, other than a spent conviction, for an indictable offence; or - (b) is an insolvent under administration; or - (c) is not able to manage a corporation because of the Corporations Act , part 2D .6; or - (d) is a member or a contractor of the commission.
