### sec.20A Meetings
The chairperson must convene a meeting when requested by at least 3 members.
At a meeting of the board—
the number of members that is half the number appointed at the time of the meeting constitutes a quorum; and
a question is to be decided by a majority of votes of the members present and voting; and
each member present has 1 vote on any question arising for decision and, if the votes are equal, the member presiding at the meeting has a casting vote.
The board must keep minutes of its meetings.
