### sec.109B Licensees must give commission notice of particular matters about interstate or New Zealand licences
A licensee must, unless the licensee has a reasonable excuse, give the commission notice in the approved form of the following events within 14 days after the day the event happens—
the licensee is given an interstate or New Zealand licence;
the licensee’s interstate or New Zealand licence is suspended or cancelled.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
