### sec.106R Power to take remedial action This section applies in relation to a risk of death or a serious injury or illness if— a person to whom a direction is given under section 106P or 106Q in relation to the risk fails to comply with the direction; or an investigator can not give a direction under section 106P or 106Q in relation to the risk because, after taking reasonable steps, a person to whom the direction can be given can not be found. An investigator may take any remedial action the investigator believes reasonable to remove or minimise the risk.
