### sec.106M When place, structure or thing becomes property of the State
A place, part of a place, building or other structure or other thing becomes the property of the State if—
it is forfeited to the State under section 106K (1) ; or
its owner and the State agree, in writing, to the transfer of the ownership of it to the State.
