### sec.106D Seizure of property subject to security
An investigator may seize a place, part of a place, building, structure or other thing, and exercise powers relating to the place, part of the place, building, structure or thing, despite a lien or other security over it claimed by another person.
However, the seizure does not affect the other person’s claim to the lien or other security against a person other than the investigator or a person acting under the direction or authority of the investigator.

(sec.106D-ssec.1) An investigator may seize a place, part of a place, building, structure or other thing, and exercise powers relating to the place, part of the place, building, structure or thing, despite a lien or other security over it claimed by another person.
(sec.106D-ssec.2) However, the seizure does not affect the other person’s claim to the lien or other security against a person other than the investigator or a person acting under the direction or authority of the investigator.
