### sec.105K Application of division
The powers under this division may be exercised if an investigator enters a place under section 105 (1) (a) , (c) , (d) or (e) .
However, if the investigator enters under section 105 (1) (a) or (c) , the powers under this division are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant.
