### sec.104D When office ends
The office of a person appointed as an investigator ends if any of the following happens—
the term of office stated in a condition of office ends;
under another condition of office, the office ends;
the investigator’s resignation under section 104E takes effect.
Subsection (1) does not limit the ways the office of a person as an investigator ends.
In this section—
condition of office means a condition under which the investigator holds office.

(sec.104D-ssec.1) The office of a person appointed as an investigator ends if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the office ends; the investigator’s resignation under section 104E takes effect.
